I'm currently running the Ryzen Threadripper 1950X on an Asrock X399 Taichi motherboard with 32GB GSKill DDR-3600 memory. The system is currently running Windows Server 2016 Datacenter and is currently running VMWare Workstation 12.5.7 build-5813279. I just finished creating a VM of Windows 10 Enterprise with no issues during its creation. It runs pretty smooth, loving the new Ryzen Threadripper 1950X and the Asrock X399 Taichi they are without a doubt a good combination for a powerful workstation.
