VDI service availability report from vRops.

Hello everyone there.

I have a requirement from management to get the service availability report only monthly basis as KPI.

we have 90% of persistent desktops in our environment. we already provide esxi host uptime and connection servers monitored with Tivoli and that report is published.

Horizon vRops is configured in our environment, is there any possibility to create a view and use it to build report that can calculate the VDI's service availability on monthly basis.

I haven't used vROps in conjunction with Horizon View, but almost certainly there is a dashboard that contains at least one widget showing some service's availability. You could see which metric(s) that widget is using and either clone it or build a new widget/dashboard that includes it.
