I want to take VCAP7 Design exam.

Exam Format include following types of questions.

Proctored multiple choice

drag and drop

matching

hot area 

I would be very grateful ,if someone please explain what is mean or hot area questions .matching and proctored multiple choice.

Furthermore,if anyone have any study material related to VCAP7 Design ,please share.

Login your mylearn portal and go to certification->cloud management and automation->VCAP7-CMA Design download the blueprints also download all links in the blue print Reference.

hot area questions means it's a kind of drag & drop/drop box selection in the canvas. Refer the below link it will help you. I would suggest the best study material is the blue print Reference, download all documents in the Reference and study.
