What is the profile-driven storage service database connection configuration file?

I recently moved the DB of vCenter from one SQL server to a new one.

Everything worked fine and then I noticed after a while that the "storage views" tab shows an error:

"The storage views is not initialize. Please try again later"

I tried a bunch of KBs but nothing worked.

I noticed at the wrapper log (C:\ProgramData\VMware\Infrastructure\Profile-Driven Storage\Logs\wrapper.txt) the following error:

ERROR opId= - Failed populating service cache

INFO   | jvm 1    | 2017/07/27 13:43:15 | org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (The TCP/IP connection to the host SQLSERVER//SQLDATABASE, port 1433 has failed. Error: "null. Verify the connection properties, check that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port, and that no firewall is blocking TCP connections to the port.".)

Since I didn't know vpxuser password (an SQL user) I resetted it when I moved the database.

Where can I configure the user and password for this service?

Everything else is fine - the vpxd is on the same server and access the database just fine, so no blocked ports and the database is online.

Does anyone know where the connection properties are?

(vSphere 5.5 Update 2e if it matters)

      Thanks in advance,
