My logfile is encoded as iso-8859-1, how do I set the charset field

If i set it up

charset=iso-8859-1

The corresponding log file will not be collected。

If I do not set this field, it will show garbled.

Have you tried to set the charset to UTF-8 and check to see if you receive events correctly?

I tried UTF-8, UTF-16LE and UTF-16BE、iso-8859-1、GB2312。

UTF-8:Chinese is garbled

UTF-16LE and UTF-16BE：All is garbled

iso-8859-1 and GB2312: No log files received
