VM vCPU consideration, NUMA node

hi,

i have a host with the below specs:

ESXi v 6.5

Processor: 2 x 22 (2 CPU, 22 core each)\

Memory :512GB

Question:

-what is the size of the Physical NUMA node ?

- the user created a VM with

     48 CPU and 24 core per socket

     memory 356 GB

please help me with setting the appropriate resources of this VM
