    Client Hardware Requirements of VMmark3.0

I find the following description in page34 in VMmark3.0 User's Guide.

"All virtual clients in a VMmark deployment must have identical resource, scheduling, and tuning configurations."

Regarding identical resource, does it mean all virtual clients have same amount of vCPU and memory and other hardware resource?

Futhermore, should we use same kind of CPU in all client hosts if we use multiple client hosts?

Or, can we use different type of CPU for each client host?

Now as for the first part, it is a current requirement that all virtual clients have the same amount of vCPU and memory. Below lines were extracted from the VMmark3 Users Guide:

From the Client Hardware Requirements, CPU Requirements for VMmark Clients section:

If desired, users can increase the vCPU count for the tile clients (provided all tile clients are provisioned identically).

From the Client Hardware Requirements, Memory Requirements for VMmark Clients section:

If desired, users can increase the RAM for the tile clients (provided all tile clients are provisioned identically).

You do not have to have the same type of CPU for each of the client hosts.
