Booting a RAW image of a Windows7 disk

I've created a RAW image of my disk (has 2 partitions, including one bootable Windows7).

How can I use this RAW image and boot it in VMware Workstation Player?

Raw images created by dd or similar tools can be used inside a VM.
You will have to create a vmdk-descriptor file for the raw image manually.
If you post the exact size in bytes I can create one for you - or do it yourself after reading
