why show critical alarm on sql server alarm

i have installed mssql plugin on vrealize operation to monitor sql server 2008 and install end point agent on windows amd all of sql services are started but show a critical error (object is not available)

I dont use the SQL management pack so i am not 100% sure but this looks like a permissions thing. I dont know whet you would configure the user but does it have the correct permission to the SQL server
