How to Create window 2016 Virtual Machine in EFI mode on Esx6.0 ?

Did anybody created  win2016 VM in EFI mode on ESxi 6.0 ? My iso is not booting in efi mode. If I attach win10 iso I’m able to boot in EFI mode. I'm doing installation via vmware remove Console .
