Management pack does not option to configure in vROPS console

Hello,

I am trying to configure MSSQL, RAbbitMQ, IIS management packs on vROPS console but after installing the pack, it does not show the configuration option. However i am using for vRA, NSX and was able to configure them. Can you please suggest what could be the cause here?

Some management packs do not have anything to configure under administration, solutions.  I know MSSQL is like this - it's normal not to have anything to configure there.  It uses the Endpoint Operations agent on your SQL servers.  Install the epops agent on your SQL servers and configure the service to run as an account that has access to the databases.  If the agent service runs as an account that has access to the databases it should automatically discover them.  I haven't used the RabbitMQ or IIS packs, but I suspect they also use endpoint operations.

Here is the installation guide for the MSSQL pack if it helps.

Wherever it makes reference to "Hyperic" that is now called endpoint operations or epops.

Thank you. Does VMware Charge for enterprise use? Or this is covered under VMware vRA enterprise license cost?

Also can you pls help me with exact link where i can find those binaries?

The licensing depends on what products you have licensed.  If you're using vRA you probably have vRealize Suite which includes vROps.  vRealize Suite Enterprise includes application monitoring.  More info is at this link, but I would talk to your account rep about licensing.  It can get pretty complicated.

You download the binaries from https://my.vmware.com/

You want the agent versions to match the version of vROps you are running so I'm not providing a direct link.  Select your version of vROps from the downloads page and the endpoint operations agents are towards the bottom.
