what is the best way to patch vcenter 6.0.0 2559268 (windows +SQL Express)

I can see a lot of KBs about appliance but not able to find on windows vcenter.

To update windows based vCenter, download the latest bits or the one you want  (Download VMware vSphere ). Mount the iso inside windows and install. It will detect it's an upgrade and finish in, roughly 45 minutes. Suggest you snapshot your current vCenter first.
