Hi guys,
I updated my horizon view environment to 7.2. The new horizon helpdesk tool is working from the internal network only.
After I changed the proxy pattern of the vmware UAG 3.0 I was also able to reach the helpdesk startsite from the external network, but I am unable to logon, because the domain field is empty.
Is this a limitation that it will not working through the UAG?

May need further validation and investigation but right of the mind right now, did you check if the firewall was an issue?
Did you test it in your environment?
I don't think that the webportal use a different port? This all tcp 443.
