Errror en VM

Buenas tardes, he instalado la version 6.5 del Esxi en un equipo HP Proliant ML110 Gen9 con 16GB de ram, un Raid 1 con 2TB de disco e Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2603 v4 @ 1.70GHz. En esta VM procedi a crear una maquina virtual con un disco de 1.5TB para los datos y un disco de 300GB para el Esxi. La misma funcionaba bien hasta hace poco que presenta un error parando toda la maquina virtual y me toca reiniiar todo el equipo. Si alguien me puede ayudar a resolver muy agradecido.

Good afternoon, I installed the Esxi version 6.5 on an HP Proliant ML110 Gen9 with 16GB ram, Raid 1 with 2TB of disk and Intel (R) Xeon (R) CPU E5-2603 v4 @ 1.70GHz. In this VM I created a virtual machine with a 1.5TB disk for the data and a 300GB disk for the Esxi. The same worked well until recently that presents an error stopping all the virtual machine and I have to reiniiar the whole team. If someone can help me to resolve thank you very much.

There is an HPE advisory on PSOD that covers ML110 Gen 9; even though this advisory relates to ESX 5.5 and ESX 6.0, you might want to check if the BIOS firmware updates are up to the recommended level in the advisory.
