I am getting Http 500 error while connecting to connection server

I am getting the below error while connecting to connection server

Note: I am using Horizon View thick client.

my Horizon view version is: 5.1

Hello, there are some questions:

- is this happening for everyone or only for specific user?

- could you open an admin interface of the connection server and check out if there are some errors or warnings messages?

- what version of client do you use?

- is this external connect? could you try to connect to connection server directly?

It is happening for only me, after some time issue got fixed with out any action

I saw the admin console and I did'n find any errors/warn.

I use client version 4.2.

It is not external connection, I am trying to through connection server

Hello,

keep in mind that your client version 4.2 does not support view 5.1
