VMRC 10.0 was released 2017-06-01. Changes include GTK3, Linux localization, security updates, and bug fixes (release notes). You can download it from www.vmware.com/go/download-vmrc or let it auto-update itself (except on Linux).
As of today (that I know of) this just redirects you to the downloads for the VMware Tools ISO. As in the guest tools. All other links for previous versions of VMRC on the website seem to have been removed. I can't find this client anywhere.
