ConsoleProxy IP loosing connectivity

Over the past few days our secondary IP on our vCloud Director stops responding to ping request for know known reason.  Restarting the network script on the cell allows us to re-establish connectivity so users can connect to the console but this is on short term stop gap.  With the secondary IP going offline, our users are unable to connect to the console on the VM's.

Currently running vCloudDirector version 5.5.6.3814538.

Changed the IP of the console proxy from this KBA - Changing the IP address of the VMware vCloud Director server (1028657) | VMware KB

Did not resolve the issue.
