Reports Status falied

After running a report in the Generated Reports section, i am  see “FAILED” in the status field, and there will be NO PDF file.

Many reports are status.

Do you have the right permissions to create a report? Is it possible to create the report with another account?

I have the correct permissions. I tried with the account administrator@vsphere.local.

That problem looks like a permission issue, try with the user local admin instead of the vsphere.local or Active Directory user.
