ESXi 6.0 Host Down with an error on dcui console

I logged in to my vcenter server. And i found that the first host was down. The alert  says that was a power problem. Then i use the dcui to  login directly to see what's going on. Then i foud this error (see attached image) and i don't know exactly what's the problem. ?????

Login to server with HP ILO, IBM IMM, Dell iDRAC, Cisco UCS KVM see for error with PSU UNIT, connect both power supply connection or replace PSU.

From the screenshot, PCPU7 no heartbeat NMI - Non maskable interrupt.

Please reach out to your hardware partner and run the hardware diagnostics on the PCPU7.

What is the processor make and model?
