Hi Everyone,
I am facing one issue with .OST file "out of data error" non-periodically in Outlook, as shown in below picture.
I am running Outlook on cache mode in non-persistent VDI environment, my outlook is in Gold image/ parent image.
I am using UEM to archive my OST cache file
How can we fix it?
Thank you,
Vkmr.
Are you using AppVolumes at all?
We are using UEM to change the location of our cached OST to a folder on C and allowing Writable Volumes to capture it.
I can send the UEM in the AM.
I am running Outlook from Parent image.
we are not using app volumes for Outlook and we are not using writable volumes
we are using UEM just like you to redirect OST file.
Please share me your way of process for caching outlook .OST file
Thank you,
Vkmr.
Have you seen this solution?

You should not capture the OST file with UEM personalization. You should redirect the OST to another location, either a Writable Volume or a network share.
