Issue with Authentication Sources "No Permission"

Last week our SSO AD loging stopped working.  Even though there wern't any changes to our environment, the account that was using doing the Ops manager/Vsphere connection stopped working. I set up a all new account and thought everything was happy.  Now, I can't seem to log in to the ops manager server with my domain credentials like we could before.  If I go to the Authentication services and use the account that was setup for this I get a "No Permission" and the AD login fails when you try it, though it does pass the test.  I use my own AD account, which has the same permissions in vpshere, and it appears to work.  I'm a little confused as to what might be causing this since I can't seem to find any info on that "No permission" error.  Any thoughts?
