PSOD esxi 6.5 on HP DL560 g8 (ILO ALLREADY UPGRADED)

Greetings all and thank you in advance for glancing at this issue, I realize I am not a heavy poster and with utmost respect and humility ask that someone have a glance at this one.

install is clean and its the HP 6.5 disk, ive researched around and saw the older ilo posts and upgraded ilo way before this so I'm not sure that's it.  again.  any help is appreciated.

this seems to be a known issue for Gen8, and Gen9 servers, please see http://h20565.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=c05378386​ for required patches.
