vSphere crash

we are running vSphere VMware ESXi 5.1.0 on that we are running the following VM

windows sbs 2011 server that acts as our main domain controller, exchange and file storage

windows 7 computer, this computer runs our back up that we do every night

Redmine, ticket and issues tracking system

solar winds log and event manager

solar winds application server, windows 2012 R2

after my company bought solarwinds i set up the application server, the windows 2012 R2, added it to the domain and every thing was running smooth then for no reason my vSphere will lock up and crash casueing all of my VM to crash and forcing me to do a hard reboot on the server. attached is a picture of the crash screen. not sure what is casing it

Based in your PSOD screen, looks like you are experiencing the following issue: ESXi 5.x with E1000e adapter fails with purple diagnostic screen (2059053) | VMware KB

I recommend you apply the latest patches in your ESXi host, if not possible, just replace your E1000 virtual interfaces with VMXNET3.
