Unable to find vcenter adapter certificate in vRops

Hi,

In my environment some VCs are upgraded , after upgrade vRops status is showing object down and when i test connection it prompts new certificate so i have to remove old certificate to add new one but in the certificate page not listed in same as vCenter name so how can i find that respective VC certificate in the certificate Tab where we dont have VC name.

Regards

Krish.

Krish,

You should be able to delete the adapter instance (please ensure you uncheck the box so you do not delete the historical data associated with that instance, see attached), this will remove any associative certificates. Once you re-create the adapter instance, you can accept the new cert and the objects will return to the new adapter instance.
