UEM Changes only partially updating

New User so please forgive me if this issue is easy to resolve, I've made updates in UEM for a VM, and the changes update, but for the life of me I can't get previous icons to be removed, i've gone so far as removing UEM from the VM but it still won't get UEM shortcuts or icons (ie Calculator (created by UEM)) to not appear on the desktop, the golden image the VM is being created from does not have the icons on the desktop, but when i push out the VM to the pool it shows up no matter what i do.

Can you provide some more information about the environment?

- VDI (persistent or non-persistent)

- SBC

- What kind of profile are you using (local, mandatory)

- Etc.

What do you mean by "removing UEM from the VM but it still won't get UEM shortcuts or icons"? Why do you want that? What exactly are you trying to achieve?

Providing some context and information would really help me, help you
