Validating Time is in sync across all nodes.

Hello,

I am trying to patch vROPS 6.3 for the Apache Struts security vulnerability.  Patching fails at stage 3 of 9.  I'm encountering a remote collector node that is not synchronizing with the Master Node.  I stop the NTP on this node but it keeps restarting.  I cannot add it as a NTP server in the GUI.  What can I do to force NTP on this node to not start?

I have same issue when i tried upgrade our vROPS 6.4 to 6.5. How can you solve this time sync problem?
