I have had to move my WMs to a new Dell workstation with the above constellation. On the old laptop all was fine, on the new the so called USB Arbitration Service refuses to start, not even when started manually. The files for the service are all there (I compared the two directories below Common\...\USB\
When I try to start the service by hand, it says in German (translated here to English):
The service could not be started, Error 1168: Element not found.
Any ideas where to look?
