On vsphere 5.1/5.5, how to config shared disks in oracle 11g rac deployment

I  have the guide for vsphere 5.0,is there any difference in vsphere 5.1./5.5?  In vsphere 5.1/5.5 there is no Support clustering features such as Fault Tolerance check box
