Error, Migrate vCenter Windows 6, for VCSA 6.5

In my Lab, I'm trying to migrate the vCenter Server Windows 6.0 for VCSA 6.5. Presents this error, I tried 3 times. Comes in 50% and spend several minutes so give this error. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

When deploying the new vCSA, you choose to deploy to the old vCenter Server or to an ESXi host?

Is a LAB test, the vCenter Windows is hosted on a Vmware cluster has 8 nodes production with distributed switch. Deployed the VCSA 6.5in the same cluster. Occurs all quiet until this point and give the error. I can't climb the new 6.5 not on a single host, because of the Dswitch.
