why can not restore VCSA 6.5

dear all

Hi

i have get backup from vcenter server appliance via scp and for location save backup use this path 172.16.24.36/tmp/backup

now when i want restore and in location field insert 172.16.24.36/tmp/backup appear this error :

Folder path is not correct.

Actual error message returned from connection attempt:


what do i have to do ?

Hello!

I had same error. You need to user double slash after server name.

In your example, you need to use 172.16.24.36//tmp/backup

There maybe a rational explanation if the above works. let me know

i use this path(i use scp on port 22) :

172.16.24.36/backup

and get this error:

Folder path is not correct.Actual error message returned from connection attempt:

realy confused
