If enable H.264, mouse doesn't work any more

Hi,

I am using Horizon Client 4.2 and Horizon View 7.0.3 on ubuntu 16.04 64 bit desktop OS.

after login a desktop through BLAST protocol with H.264 enabled. At first, mouse would  move well, but after 2 or 3 seconds, the mouse doesn't response well: it is very slow to move, and no response for mouse clicking.

the log shows many lines of:

"rmksContainer(24778): _xgeWireToEvent: Unknow extension 148, this should never happen."

After surfed the internet, I installed libxext 1.3.3.

after login the desktop, the mouse still doesn't response well.

the log shows:

"

Maybe point 6 is worth looking in to.

Hi, please use Horizon client 4.3 to re-try, which is officially supported by LinuxVDI 7.0.3.

If the issue still occurs, please collect both client and agent logs to me:

1. Agent: run: sudo /usr/lib/vmware/viewagent/bin/dct-debug.sh

2. Client: from client UI (Help -> About) collect the DCT bundle
