VM won't load after typing right password

I type my password for workstation and its right however the VM just doesn't load. I tried the mapping option and use a snapshot however it says error reading volume information. When I type the password it just highlights it, it doesn't tell me if its wrong when I enter it. I know 100% its right however it just isn't loading up or responding with any options.

Password?  Are you saying that you have an encrypted VM and it's not unlocking/whatnot?

What's your host OS?  Workstation version?  Guest OS you're trying to load?  Any more details might help someone here troublehsoot your issue...

Yes exactly that, It's windows 8 and version of workstation is 12 pro. That's all I have and I don't know why its not working.
