Sync on VM becomes larger after initial full sync

Hi I'm new in VMware Replication and i have a trouble with replication sync..

I have a VM with windows 2012 and dedicated for antivirus and encryption software.

The data size is 100,75 GB but after "Initial Full Sync" finish the VM sync data 347,77GB

I didn't copy or insert data to that VM.

I try to replicate other VM and there is no problem.

Have you ever experienced it?

Here I attach the screenshot

From your second picture it appears that there are 2 disks associated with that VM. Can you check to see if the VM has a second hard disk that is 347GB?

Yes the VM has a second hard disk but the total of disk use only 139GB.

Here I attach the hardisk used space

Does antivirus database effect the data sync transfer on replication?

But the other VM that have Antivirus like this VM didn't have any trouble and the sync already finish.

I have a similar issue on initial sync.

The total size of the Checksum reports the correct size of the 2 HDD's combined but the data it wants to transfer is way off what actually resides on the VM, that's visible anyway.

So IMO it should be transferring 259 GB of data not the 781.34 it's currently doing.

Does anyone have an explanation for this?
