as i wrote - VSAN is enabled.
I configured VSAN with RVC commands and have now a useable VSAN datastore but in vCenter Web Client i can't see any VSAN related pages...
I've exactly the same problem. It occurs after a (VCSA) vCenter update from version 184.108.40.20600 build 5178943 (vCenter 6.5.0b) to 220.127.116.1100 build 5310538 (vCenter 6.5.0d).
My vSAN which is used for a VDI environment is still running properly, but I'm not able to view or change any vSAN Settings with the GUI.
Which version of vCenter do you use?

I solved the problem!
In the (external) PSC and vCenter admin page (https://fqdn:5480) the timezone was not correct in my case. After fixing the timezone I've rebooted the PSC and vCenter, then the vSAN config is displayed in the Web Client again.
What I've also done before was adding the vSAN license one again. Not sure if this task is really necessary.
Correct timezone and NTP settings is very important now days!
