VTEP flags meaning (MTEP, ToR)?

Hi, All

I got someone's blog as below;

And there is a Flags: 3(MTEP, ToR) from the output.

What does it mean by that? Does it connect to Hardware VTEP?

Welcome any advice and link to refer to. Thanks in advance!
