Role of NSX Functional Components

I am new to VMware NSX world. I am still bit confusing about the following things on their role and inter-relationship. Could please help me on this ? is there any best documents for this.?

vCenters    

DRS Clusters    

NSX Controllers  

Transport Zone

The VMware® NSX for vSphere Network Virtualization Design Guide ver 3.0 is probably the best document to start with.  Specifically starting on page 8 it provides a high level overview of the functional components.
