There is no "VCP 6.0" or "VCP 6.5" - there is only VCP6-DCV.
You can get training on vSphere 6.0 or 6.5, and pass exams based on either 6.0 (current) or 6.5 (in development) - but you'll be awarded the same VCP6-DCV certification, whichever combination you take.
