I am running windows 10 and I don't have a ISO file or a CD that contains windows 10 is there a way to use the same os as my pc on VMware Player ?

No, not really, if you would migrate Windows 10 to the VM using for example VMware Center Converter then:

1. you're violating your Windows 10 license

2. Windows 10 will not activate as it sees new hardware

Besides that migrating the host to itself -while doable- is a bit of a clutch.
