How to add VMware to Windows-Firewall?

[ENGLISH]

Hello,

how must I add VMware to the Windows-Firewall to allow the VM to communicate externally / internally ?

(↓ Better configuration ↓)

I add port 80 and 443 on the hostsystem (outgoing and incoming) but the VM don't use this ports. Although they also use ports 80 and 443. This is the case with every port.

How do I make the VMs use the ports?

The VM are NAT

Hallo,

If your VMs are configured to use NAT networking, you need to run the VMware Virtual Network Editor (which UI unfortunately is not included with Player, only with Workstation) and map the ports from your host through to a specific guest that needs it.  You need to extract the files from the Workstation installation package and copy them into the Player folder in order to use the editor.
