vsphere replicaiton and SRM

Hello Folks,

I`m new to Developer Center, I`m trying to find VR (Vsphere replication )and SRM API/vcli/powercli command, But I have find any info about them in the site.   Can someone help me find it ?  or maybe vmware doesn`t provide this type interface ?

I want to make a program or write scripts simply to make DR site failover plan automatically.

I know how to SSH to ESXI SHELL and manage VM or hosts with esxcli ,but can`t find anything about VR and SRM.

VMware vSphere Replication Standalone VS. Site Recovery Manager with vSphere Replication.

• VMware vSphere Replication Standalone is used for data replication while Site Recovery Manager is for automation.
• With vSphere Replication Standalone, virtual machines can only be recovered one at a time. There is no API available. If there is a need to recover multiple virtual machines at the same time, this is not possible with the vSphere Replication standalone unless using it with Site Recovery Manager.
• There are limitations on customizing virtual machines that are recovered using the vSphere Replication Standalone. The virtual machine needs to be recovered first. Then once done, you are now able to customize the VM (eg. IP, network configuration etc.)

Many thanks for your reply. It helps me a lot.

In fact , I just have VR without SRM  in real environment, I`d like write a script, simply like SSH and excecute some commands to finish auto DR cutover steps. 

So I`d like to know if there`s  some ESXI SHELL or POWERCLI command sets to control VR or Control SRM (if I use SRM to complete some auto things, but I also need write a script to controll SRM,  that is all things should be finished by CLI not  GUI click).
