Issues running P2V on a Red Hat Enterprise 6.4 machine

I'm trying to run a P2V from a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4 physical machine, to a vCenter 6.0 environment.

The installation gets to 97% complete, and fails with the following error;

FAILED: An error occurred during the conversion: 'KeepOneBootEntry:

There is no matching kernel modules for kernel /tboot.gz'

Then the process deletes the newly created VM.

Do you P2V configuration   modify  the destination system vdisk size? if you had ,may be the uuid changed.

Can you try keep default configuration P2V.

I can't leave the vdisks the same size because of space issues.

The 2 partitions sizes I changed was /var, and /nsr.  The "/", "/boot", and

"swap" stayed the same size.

The logic to parse the GRUB configuration file (should be /boot/grub/grub.conf got RHEL 6.x) is quite hairy and might got confused. There are probably more than one boot entries.

An easy workaround should be to comment out all other boot entries (safe the one the machine has booted) on the source machine and try the conversion again.
