vra 7 endpoint creation

Hi,

I have installed vra 7.0 with minimal installation. When I am trying to create credentials for endpoint, it just goes in loop and shows me "loading" infinitely. Please note that this is a first endpoint and there are no other endpoints created yet. I am getting below error in Infrastructure ->Monitoring->Log,

This exception was caught:

The attached endpoint 'vCenter' cannot be found.

Please don't ask to change the name or edit the endpoint as there are no endpoints configured yet.

Thanks z001yv0r however i have already seen that link. I don't have anything in Infrastructure > Endpoints > Endpoints.

That's why you are seeing the error. There is a Proxy Agent deployed with the Endpoint name of "vCenter" which doesn't have an associated Endpoint created in vRA. This would have been installed by default during the installation.

Hello,

Could you check on your DEM Worker & Agent server that you have services created with correct endpoint name?

In my lab i've got 2 endpoints for vCenter 'Because i've got 2 vCenters server as well)

I've create 2 Agents services. You can see name of the Endpoint at the end of the service name.

In vRealize i've used these two name as Endpoints. (Double check also that you have correctly set the MSDTC client on SQL and IaaS server!)

Thanks for the response Jacques however we have redeployed 7.1 and 7.2 version and now getting attached error screenshot while installation. Below is the real time error log,
