Upgrade failed VCSA 6.0 to 6.5

I am trying to upgrade VCSA 6.o to 6.5.It fails with the following errors:

Error: Failed to get an SSL thumbprint of the appliance server certificate for vcsaserver.

Here is the error from the installer log file:

016-11-22T15:22:17.723Z - error: Could not get certificate fingerprint from host, 10.0.0.25: Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 10.0.0.25:443

1) Is the IP address shown in the error is vcsa or ESXi?

2) Check the network connectivity

3) Check the port. If using custom port, please note that custom port for vcsa is not supported.

Use port 5480 instead 443

Check if you have run the migration assistant from the VCSA ISO.

This is what is was. Needed to run the migration assistant on the source windows vcenter. Then i can do the migration. Here are the steps i followed from this link.
