Migrating VMs from Physical Network to NSX with minumum impact

I installed, configured and tested NSX for the first time. I'm now in the process of testing how would I go about migrating our current VMs to NSX. I would like to know if anybody has done this in the past? I would like to do it with minimum impact to our current services. If there is a document out there, please reply me the link. I'm currently on vCenter 6.0.. Thanks in advance.

The best way to do it depends in large part on which NSX components you're deploying, but the VMware® NSX-v Brownfield Design and Deployment Guide - ver 1.1 does a pretty good job of covering most high level scenarios (and also a pretty quick reference at only 24 pages).
