Large VMDKS

HI,

Having trouble with adding large vmdk's to a vm here. The host is running version 6.0.0 - 3620759, I've powered off the machine and using the web gui, tried to add a 20TB disk to the machine on a new datastore (VMFS5.61). The web interface is saying that there is 20.2TB free - whn I chose 2TB or 2000GB or even 1900GB or 1.9TB I get an error saying there is not enough space.

Anyone come across this and have a solution?

An update on this issue - I can create the disks using vmkfstools, but cannot attach them to the vm. Getting an error about being out of space.

What is the virtual hardware version of the VM?
