Recurring error message "Internal Error" under Sierra

Good afternoon,

the use of VMware Fusion 8.5 Professional under Sierra (as host), when using Sierra (as guest) or El Capitan system isn't possible. The Installation of the operating system breaks down continuously with the message "internal error"

The Fusion installation has been cleaned several times with no success. Based on that article: Manually uninstalling VMware Fusion (1017838) | VMware KB

Hard and software details

Hardware

Mac Mini 5,1

Boot-ROM Version MM51.0077.B14

Software:

VmWare Fusion 8.5 (4352717)

Sierra 10.12 (As Host) with the newest available updates

Sierra 10.12 or El Capitan 10.11 (As Guest)

Fusion configuration:

Soundcard has been removed, 3D graphic card has been disabled.

Btw, when would you get the 'internal error' message?  At the beginning ,  processing or end of the VM installation?  Could you please provide a screen recording if possible. Thanks.

Hi Amzhang

Thanks for your response. The message appears as soon I click on the play button on the virtual machine. The OSX install image has been attached as virtual cd drive, so I'm booting from the disc.
