vRealize Business - Errors in System Status

I have two errors in my System Status section in the Business Managed tab of vRealize. One is for "vCenter data collection" and the other is for "vRealize Automation data collection". The vCenter is a warning with the error "500 internal server error". The Automation one is "401 unauthorized". Both have nothing listed in solutions and I can't find any articles with references to those two errors. I've removed and re-added vCenter in the setup but the error remains.

Any idea on where I can look for the issue here or has anyone seen this before?

Thanks.

I checked the time on the PSCs, vCenter, Automation appliance, and Business appliance. Nothing is out of sync and all are configured for NTP and the same time zone. There appears to be no drift between them.

I'm running an older ITBM version but I understand there is a dependency on the vCentre VMWare Storage Service - might be worthwhile checking its running.

Its not used by anything else and it isn't set to auto-start.

Again, this may be version dependent and the dependency may have been resolved in your version.

What error do you get in vRB appliance log - path on my vRB6 std is /usr/local/tcserver/vfabric-tc-standard/itbm-server/log/itfm.log

Tail it when you run the update now again.
