Missing Connectors

I appear to be missing my default directory connectors on my appliance.  If I try to add a connector I just get the activation code page and it does not activate.  Anyone know how to get the default connector back?

Whether this connector was working earlier , to be more specify whether the connector is missing or directory is missing .

How many VRA appliance you are having in this environment.
