Hi all,
I have Virtual machines in Hyper-V Server and I was planning to move the Virtual machine to VMware Esxi Server.
I have tried the Vcenter Converter tools, but I got an error as " The Version of the selected Microsoft Hyper-V Server is not supported. Select an earlier version of Microsoft Hyper-V server or another supported source type"
What should I do? Please help me to resolve it
Thanks in advance

edit by wila : Discussion moved from VMware Fusion® (for Mac) to VMware Converter Standalone
as per release notes -
The VMware vCenter Converter Standalone 6.1 provides:
Offline conversions for HyperV 2012 R2 virtual machines
VMware vCenter Converter Standalone Release Notes
if still fails, Power on windows 2008 VM and try v2v.

What is the version of Hyper-V and VM OS which you want to convert?
Try to use latest VMware Convert.
VMware vCenter Converter Standalone Release Notes
if still fails, select source Powered on machine as VM and convert it ( v2v).

Hi vHaridas,
Thanks a lot for your reply,
Hyper-V Version: Microsoft Hyper-V 2012 R2
VM OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise
I have already downloaded the latest version of Vcenter converter and also tried, but it doesn't work (Got a same error which i have mention in the discussion)
Let me try the Power ON VM option. then will get back to you.

Download Microsoft Virtual Machine Converter 3.0 from Official Microsoft Download Center
I never tried it. there are many other convertor tools are available.
