PCI Device is not stable accross VM reboots

Hi

I am using vsphere client 5.5 and my VM version is 8.I have added 3 PCI ethernet interfaces to the VM, outof that one is e1000 nic and remaining two are VMXNET3 Nics.

After booting the VM which is power up with linux(rhel), i could see only 2 interfaces (using ifconfig -a). am i missed something? pls help me fix this.

Is VMWare tools loaded onto the Linux box?

Also is your adapter on the HCL ? VMware Compatibility Guide - I/O Device Search
